Caravan Rear Vision Camera Installation for a Jayco Journey

Project Scope:

The owner of a 2022 Jayco Journey sought to improve visibility and safety while towing. To achieve this, a high-quality rear vision system was installed to provide clear, real-time visuals of the road and surroundings. The system enhances maneuverability and eliminates blind spots, making reversing and highway travel safer.

The installation included a Safety Dave dual-camera system mounted at the rear of the caravan and an in-vehicle monitor, ensuring a constant view of the road behind. The Woza cable, essential for connecting the caravan’s camera feed to the tow vehicle, was routed discreetly through the interior, concealed within the bathroom area for a clean finish.
